Corporate Bookings – Cancellation & Payment Terms

Gracehill UK Limited trading as Luxus Accommodation operates serviced accommodation on a short-term licence basis. The following terms apply to all corporate, production, contractor, and business bookings unless otherwise agreed in writing.

1. Non-Refundable Corporate Booking Option
Certain corporate bookings may be offered at a preferential or negotiated rate subject to a 28-day non-refundable policy. Where this option is selected and confirmed in writing or via booking agreement, the full booking value is non-refundable once the booking has been confirmed.

2. Amendments or Early Departure
Where guests choose to shorten their stay, vacate early, or relocate for operational or personal reasons, no refunds, credits, or date transfers will be issued for any unused nights within the confirmed booking period.

3. Corporate Responsibility
The booking company remains financially responsible for the full confirmed stay duration irrespective of internal staff changes, production schedule changes, accommodation preference changes, or relocation decisions made after check-in.

4. Exceptional Circumstances
Any discretionary changes, credits, or amendments are granted strictly at the sole discretion of Gracehill UK Limited and must be confirmed in writing by an authorised company representative.

5. Acceptance of Terms
Confirmation of a booking, payment of an invoice, or occupation of the accommodation constitutes acceptance of these terms.
